Eric and Joanne have been at this for years, and they've loved every minute of it. They are an unstoppable team, and both of their daughters are following suit. They have not only built a thriving business, but a community-style working environment that puts family first. When family comes first, hard work and loyalty thrive. Matthew is our Construction Consultant. From bids, to site visits, selections, and contracts - he'll take your home ideas and bring them to life. He has your best interests in mind, so his guidance will always reflect what's best for you, your loved ones, and your wallet. Beyond that - if you ever need a podcast recommendation (or just a good laugh), he's also the guy for that.

Noah is our Project Manager for all houses built north of Castle Rock. He is wise beyond his years, and you won't find anyone more attentive to your needs. He will bend over backwards to make sure your home is built to YOUR standards. When he pulls up to the jobsite, he'll likely be jamming out. Catch him off-roading anytime he's not on-roading (yeah, we made that term up).

Ashleymae (aka "Amay") is our resident Draftsman and Permitting Specialist. If you can dream it, she can draw it. She's got a techy brain and a knowledgeable eye for great design. Plus, she's the reason you never have to do your own permitting! Good design never sleeps, so home improvement projects with her hubby and two dogs is her favorite past time.

Joe is in charge of Jobsite Integrity. If a jobsite needs a cleaning, floors screwed down, or a dumpster dropped - that's all Joe. Neither wind, nor rain, nor sleet, nor snow will stop him from making sure you have a jobsite you can be proud of. Outside of work, you'll find him at the river. Or the beach. Or the lake. Pretty much anywhere there's good fishin'.
